Darryl works in the UK CAA’s Future Safety and Innovation division leading teams developing the UK’s regulatory approach to new aviation technologies – including eVTOLs and Hydrogen – to meet the CAA’s mission of ‘protecting people, enabling aerospace’. He previously worked in the Department for Transport, developing the Jet Zero Strategy, the Future of Flight Action Plan, and contributing to UK space strategy. He has over a decade of government strategy experience, with a background in energy and climate policy across public, private, and third sectors.
