Mike Gorodetskyy serves as the UK Representative for Vyriy Industry. With over 20 years of experience in global business development, his expertise lies in scaling rapid, high-tech manufacturing ecosystems and driving innovation cycles under extreme conditions.
His involvement with Dual-Use technologies began in 2010 at IBM. For over a decade, his work has focused on navigating complex, high-speed hardware production and adaptive supply chains within global tech ecosystems, including Samsung, Cisco, and Telenor.
Today, this commercial agility is applied to modern Defense Tech, where speed and a data-driven approach dictate effectiveness. At Vyriy, customer experience forms the core of the operational model. By utilizing data science to build a digital manufacturing ecosystem around user feedback, frontline units are treated as consumers, radically accelerating the R&D cycle. A similar data-driven approach was also successfully implemented in a joint EBRD and Microsoft project aimed at transforming Ukrainian businesses during the war.
Ultimately, this framework merges the best of two worlds: applying the speed and customer-centricity of the consumer tech market to engineer highly resilient Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems capable of functioning under active wartime conditions.
