Dr Deborah Allen is a chemical engineer by background and has more than 30 year’s sustainability experience across both consultancy and industry. She led the development of the sustainability agenda within BAE Systems and currently leads the BAE Systems global programme on climate resilience, environment and infrastructure. Deborah chairs the Climate & Defence Task Force for the European Aerospace, Defence & Security (ASD) group of companies and is also a Non-Executive Director of the UK National Composite Centre.
