Adrian has nearly 30 years of transformation and change experience across consulting, operational and HR leadership roles. He started his career with Crane Davies, a human capital consulting firm, which was subsequently acquired by Penna. After a 2 year sabbatical in which he set up a chain of award winning bars and restaurants, he re-joined Penna to lead their organisation development practice. Following this, Adrian joined Cubiks, PA Consulting’s leadership assessment and development practice, as UK Country Manager before making the switch to the corporate world with BT. At BT held HR director roles at Openreach, BT Consumer, and Group, was customer service director for Openreach during a major service crisis and led BT’s response to Covid-19 globally. Adrian joined International Airlines Group in 2021 as Head of People and Culture in which he is accountable for leadership, culture, talent, diversity and reward, as well as heading up the People team for IAG’s corporate headquarters.
