Ephraim Rudman is a Partner in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Apollo and Co-Head of its Platform Strategy, in which capacity he oversees financial services, yield platforms and yield partnerships for Apollo’s equity, hybrid and debt businesses.
Ephraim has been involved in the firm’s acquisition and establishment of numerous platform businesses, including Atlas, the Wheels roll-up and Eliant.
Throughout the course of his career, he has worked on several hundred billion dollars of financial services transactions across a wide range of sectors.
Ephraim currently serves on the board of directors of Wheels, Atlas SP, Eliant Trade Finance, Aqua Finance, Petros PACE Finance and Newfi Lending and is also a member of Apollo’s Structured Products Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Apollo in 2019, Ephraim was with GE Capital for 15 years, most recently as Head of M&A and Portfolio Strategy.
Ephraim graduated summa cum laude from Touro College with a BA in Political Science and received his JD from Columbia Law School.
