After starting her career in banking on a management programme, Victoria qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant whilst at GEC Alstom. In 2000, Victoria continued her career in financial and business stewardship as UK Controller for an American manufacturing business, where she was promoted to Director of Finance and to member of the UK Board with expansion of her responsibilities to include financial management and Board responsibility of all European operations.

Victoria joined Safran Nacelles Ltd in 2012 as Director of Finance and following a period of acting as deputy, she was officially appointed Managing Director of Safran Nacelles Ltd in November 2016. Victoria took a sabbatical from Safran in 2018 before returning Mid 2019 to take up the position of Deputy Executive Vice President of Safran Seats GB.

With effect from 1st January 2020, Victoria was appointed to her current role as Executive Vice President of Safran Seats GB. In January 2021, Victoria was appointed to the Steering Board of the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter co-leading the Signatories and Funding Work Package.

Victoria Is a mother of 3, and in her spare time enjoys watching football, playing golf and walking the family dog. Her ambition is to speak French more fluently and to learn Portuguese.
