Deborah joined BAE Systems in 2001 as Director of Safety, Health and Environment. This role rapidly expanded to include Corporate Responsibility and Business Governance for the Group. She was instrumental in establishing the standards for ethical business conduct in BAE Systems and across the Defence Sector. Now, as Sustainability Director, Governance & Business Conduct, her role encompasses the many and varied aspects arising from the Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) issues affecting the company. She works closely with the Company’s executive and Board to drive the ESG agenda in BAE Systems.
Deborah is a non- executive director and Vice Chair of Enterprise M3 – a local enterprise partnership, a member of the Federated Hermes Client Advisory Board and a school governor for a local prep school.
