Andrew Ratcliffe is Head of Launch Systems in the Chief Engineers Team at the UK Space Agency. Andrew’s role within the Agency sits within a newly formed technical team that has been established to guide the development of and ultimately implement the licensing activities for commercial launch and constellations in the UK. Andrew formerly worked for Airbus where he coordinated the R&D across the ENS business unit and also led mission and technology developments for the European Space Agency, one of which being the Harpoon.
